Where do lessons take place?
Lessons take place on Zoom. This allows for convenient and accessible learning from the comfort of your own space.
When do I pay?
You will be invoiced before your lesson, and payment in full is required prior to the scheduled lesson time. This ensures that administrative matters are settled beforehand, allowing us to focus solely on your learning during the lesson.
What happens if I'm late to my lesson?
I understand that unforeseen circumstances may occasionally cause delays. However, to ensure the smooth running of our lessons and out of respect for other students' schedules, I encourage punctuality. If you are running late to your lesson:
Notify Me: Please inform me as soon as possible if you anticipate being late. This allows me to adjust accordingly and minimise any disruptions.
Shortened Lesson: In cases of lateness, the lesson will still end at the scheduled time. Unfortunately, I won't be able to extend the lesson duration to accommodate for the late arrival.
Missed Time: If you miss a portion of your lesson due to lateness, the missed time cannot be made up or refunded.
What is your cancellation policy?
I understand that unforeseen circumstances may arise, leading to the need for cancellations. Here's the fair cancellation policy:
24-hour Notice: To avoid any cancellation fees, please notify me at least 24 hours before your scheduled lesson time.
Cancellation Fee: Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled lesson time may result in a cancellation fee equivalent to 50% of the lesson fee.
Payment: Payment for lessons is required in advance. In the event of a cancellation, any prepaid fees will be credited back to your account for future use.
Emergency Situations: In case of emergencies or extenuating circumstances, exceptions may be made. Please contact me as soon as possible to discuss your situation.
